Tax Cuts and Jobs Act Sunset & The Impact on Business Owners Looking To Exit

Individual provisions of The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act are due to sunset in 2025 which will have a major impact on owners of closely held businesses which are taxed as flow through entities.
